800 Broadmoor Drive

This is to date one of the most extensive and most expensive renovations that we have done. Basically everything was replaced except the shell of the house. We tend not to do houses that require this much work but we could see the potential in this property through the horrible smells, the leaky roof and the holes in the floor (thats right it had a fire escape).
